Refund Policy

99P challenge contributions are paid on the Solana blockchain and are final, except in the cases below. Free challenges cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. See also the Terms.

YOU GET A FULL REFUND (IN 99P) IF

• you paid less than the quoted amount;
• your payment arrived after the 2-minute price lock expired;
• the quote was made for another wallet, or the same quote was paid twice (the second payment is refunded);
• the quote was below the $5 minimum, or the 99P you sent was worth clearly less than the quote at the verified market price;
• no verifiable market price existed for 30 minutes after your payment, so it could not be confirmed;
• your challenge could not go on the wheel after payment (no spin is made);
• the wheel was not taking contributions when your payment arrived;
• your spin could not be shown after repeated tries, or was not delivered within 7 days.

NO REFUND

• after your spin was delivered live, whatever the wheel landed on (including if I chose not to perform a challenge);
• for changes in the market price of 99P;
• for transaction fees paid to the Solana network;
• for tokens sent without a valid quote from 99percentguy.com/wheel (amounts under 1,000 99P sent this way are not reviewed).

HOW REFUNDS WORK

• Refunds are paid in 99P, in the full amount received, to the wallet that paid. They are not paid in dollars or other tokens.
• Friday (the stream's system) detects refund cases automatically and alerts me; you don't need to ask. The refund is sent from the official treasury wallet and checked on the blockchain before it is marked done.
• The status on 99percentguy.com/wheel shows “refund under review” and then “refunded”.
• I aim to send refunds within 7 days. If yours takes longer, contact the official 99% Telegram with your transaction link.
