Terms of the Wheel of Chaos

These terms cover the Wheel of Chaos on 99percentguy.com and on the 99% LIVE stream (Twitch, Kick and YouTube), run by 99PercentGuy (“I”, “me”). By submitting a challenge or sending a 99P contribution you agree to them.

1. FREE COMMUNITY CHALLENGES

• Free. Nothing to buy. You write a challenge; if it passes the automatic check it goes onto the live wheel by itself, in order, replacing the oldest viewer challenge. There is no manual approval.
• The automatic check only refuses links, contact details, requests for money, slurs, and text that doesn't fit the wheel (4–80 characters). Ordinary language is fine.
• Your challenge text and optional nickname are shown publicly on the wheel, on stream and on this site.
• A challenge on the wheel is an idea, not a promise. Where the wheel lands is random, and I decide live what I actually perform. I skip anything unsafe, illegal or against platform rules.
• I may remove any challenge or block any submitter at any time.

2. 99P CHALLENGE CONTRIBUTIONS

Status: not open yet. The /wheel page shows whether contributions are accepted. Nothing below applies until it says so.

• What you get: one confirmed contribution of at least $5 (paid in the 99P token) puts your own challenge on the live wheel and gives exactly one live spin of the Wheel of Chaos. A larger amount is still one spin.
• Random result: the wheel has 9 challenges and CHAOS AGAIN! (which re-rolls until a challenge lands). Your challenge has the same chance as every other slice. There is no prize, reward, refund of value or financial return of any kind.
• Your challenge is checked automatically before you pay (same rules as free challenges). If it can't go on the wheel you are told why and nothing is charged.
• Price: quoted in US dollars and converted to 99P at the verified on-chain market price, locked for 2 minutes. If the price can't be verified, no quote is given.
• Payment: one Solana transaction that sends the quoted amount of 99P (mint 3ra4hqVyt3DVJVD8sRJaZgJE98ct8PWksnZWZ6NMpump) to the official treasury wallet CKMiJm4d4AbC4GVMYSZpGqLrjde5Enny5BEiRR3bZENg, with the quote attached. The page never asks for a seed phrase, private key or token allowance.
• Confirmation: the payment counts only after it is final on Solana and verified (token, amount, destination, quote, and that it was not used before). Each transaction and each quote counts once.
• Delivery: contributions open only while I'm live. Spins play one at a time, in the order paid, while the stream is publicly live. If the stream drops, your spin plays at the start of the next stream.
• Treasury: all 99P received stays in the project treasury. It is never burned or sold by this feature.
• Blockchain payments are final. Refunds are only given as described in the Refund Policy.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND RISKS

• You must be 18 or older and allowed to use Solana wallets and the 99P token where you live. 99P is not available in the UK and other places Pump.fun restricts.
• 99P is a volatile community meme token with no promised value. Nothing here is investment, financial or tax advice.
• Disclosure: 99PercentGuy created 99P, may hold it, and may receive Pump.fun creator fees on 99P trades.
• Your challenge text is written publicly and permanently on the Solana blockchain with a paid transaction.

4. CONDUCT

• Don't submit anything illegal, hateful, or aimed at harming or exposing a real person. Don't spam or try to get around limits.
• I can refuse, remove or not perform any challenge, and pause free or paid features at any time.

5. CHANGES AND CONTACT

• I may update these terms; the date above changes when I do. The version shown when you paid applies to that payment.
